I reckon I’m right in thinking the break up has hit you bad. Your emotions are probably up & down like a rollercoaster. Don’t worry, as stopping any contact will work for you on two fronts.

The 2nd good thing about having zero contact is that she will most definitely notice you are not there. It may have been her that finished it. So why would she miss you at all you probably ask.
