While shopping for a car you´ll find many options available in all shapes and sizes. You´ll hear many people talk about sedans and crossovers but how can you know what´s best for you? If you still want space and comfort but you don´t want to look like everyone else and buy a sedan, than there are options available for you. The Dodge Caliber, the Scion xD and the Volkswagen Jetta are three cars that are on the market today that won´t leave you feeling like you´re following the crowd and driving what everyone else is driving. These three cars also offer excellent vehicle repair manuals and are all unique and comfortable so whether you need to take the family along with you or you just drive by yourself, you may like one of these cars.
The Dodge Caliber repair manual is very unique because of it´s great maintenence content. Also, if you don´t need a trunk this could be a great vehicle for you. This car has a lot of space and style, but it doesn´t compete with a crossover on space and performance. This car also doesn´t compete with the more popular compact sedans, but it is very different from what sells a lot today. Although the Dodge Caliber has a very powerful engine, there are many areas that are less than acceptable, making this vehicle below average when it comes to quality. The interior is very low quality and made out of plastic so if you want something that is going to have a few more luxuries while still being important, you should probably check out one of the Dodge Caliber´s competitors. The high seat position also makes this car harder to handle which can make for a low quality ride experience. This vehicle falls way behind competition because there are many other affordable hatchbacks that have higher quality interiors and just as much power as the Dodge Caliber.
The Scion xD is another hatchback that has a very unique exterior design and the Scion xD repair manual is another great quality resource. If you´re looking for something that will definitely set you apart from other drivers, this may be the vehicle for you. The Scion xD offers a very good list of audio options which make it an ideal car for someone that likes to have their car set up especially for their audio needs. Although the Scion xD does have a variety of good qualities, it falls behind other competitors because it doesn´t have very much cargo space. The interior is also known to lack leg room so if you want something that is going to be roomy and stylish, you should check out one of the Scion xD´s other competitors. The Scion xD is one of the most affordable cars to offer a navigation system, and it also offers an iPod docking station that will allow you to charge your iPod and control it using the stereo head. If you want to install extra features to your car, the xD comes with a long list of dealer installed options for all of your needs and many great automotive manuals are available to help with this.

The Pontiac Firebird is maybe one of the most classic cars ever made, thanks to various popular culture references attached to it. It was first manufactured in 1967 by Yankee automaker General Motors, through their Pontiac division. The firebird was introduced together with its cousin in the GM family, the Chevrolet Camaro, with which it shared a platform. As with its competitors, it was introduced head-on with the Mercury Cougar of Ford. The engines powering the Firebird from the start and for almost all of its existence till its last year in 2002 were V8 engines. First, Pontiac engines powered it up to 1982 when GM engines were used. Since its last appearance in 2002, no efforts have been made to revive the line. The possibility of a Firebird revival has further been made very unlikely by the discontinuation of the Pontiac brand after 2010. This is in spite of the news that the Chevrolet Camaro will make a comeback for the 2010 model year.
The 1st generation of Firebirds was available from 1967 until 1969 and was assembled in Pontiac facilities in truck Nuys, California and Norwood, Ohio. It was available in 2-door coupes and convertibles. In 1969, a Trans-Am package for the Firebird was introduced, which only furthered the approval for the ar. A Trans-Am package featured upgraded suspension, handling, and hp. Cultured differences with the Trans-Am package include mist lights, wheels, hoods, and spoilers. The second generation of Firebirds and Trans-Ams from 1970 to 1981 was responsible for cementing the brand in Yankee pop culture. The 2-door convertible was dropped. The second generation car was seen in the films Smokey and the Bandit, Hooper and Smokey and the Bandit II. The third generation, which was available from 1982 until 1992, was featured in the movies Alphabet City and Smokey and the Bandit Part three. The TV show Knight Rider featured a speaking automobile, KITT, which was basically a changed Trans-am of the third generation. Sadly, declining sales made General Motors discontinue the brand, with the Pontiac GTO replacing it.

Jap car manufacturer Nissan introduced a compact car called the 240SX to the northern US market in 1988. This vehicle was manufactured to substitute the S12 model, which was going to be discontinued. All versions of the 240SX that were available until the last were rolled off in 1998 had inline 4 engines with 2.4 liter capacity. Of the a decade that this two-door compact was made, 2 generations were distinguished – the S13, made available for the 1989 to 1994 model years and the S14, from 1995 to 1998. The latter generation was based mostly on the S platform of Nissan, which was also the base for other Nissan automobiles like the Silvis and 180SX ( for the Japanese market ) and the 200Sx ( for the western european market ). All 240SX vehicles were manufactured in the Kyushu, Japan plant of Nissan.
The 1st generation of the 240SX had two different variants : the Zenki and Chuki. These variants came in hot hatch and coupe body styles. The hatch was offered in base, SE and LE trims, while the coupe came in base, SE and XE trims. The body was styled with a front that’s sloping and headlights that retract. This set the 240SX apart from the Silvia, which had fixed headlights. As for the two variants, the Zenki ( which literally means’early period’ ) was sold for the 1989 and 1990 model years. The Chuki ( which literally means’middle period’ ) was available from 1991 to 1994 and was updated vis the exterior and engine upgrades. A convertible body style of the 240SX was introduced to the northern US market. This was the only available model available in 1994, which was supplied with a 4 speed automatic transmission.
A total redesigning of the first generation resulted to the second generation of the 240SX. Only the coupe body style stayed, as the convertible and hot hatch styles were phased out in 1995. This generation was also divided into the Zenki and Kouki ( meaning’latter period’ ). The Kouki period saw the 240SX having sharper features like the hood, projector headlights, front fender and fenders. The last of this model was made in July of 1998.
