I really find it quite amazing that more people are not doing this. I am in the process of decorating my three year old girl’s bedroom. She is truly a girly girl. All she talks about is princess, fairies and castles. So obviously when it came time to do her bedroom, I asked her for her opinion as to what type of kids room decor she would prefer. She immediately said she want a princess themed bedroom design. I should have known better than to ask her.

So I took her to the local mall and looked around some home decoration stores. We went straight to the children’s bedroom department. There were big displays of princess themed products. One of the kids room signs really caught her eye. It was a beautiful sign with assorted Disney princesses on them. Along side these kids room decor are various types of kids area rugs. These rugs kids room valance and are very colorful and made to match the room signs and also bedding perfectly.

Next we walked over to the bedding area. Her eyes opened up when she saw all the girls princess bedding available. I asked her which one is her favorite and she simply couldn’t choose. She told me that they were all her favorites. She made me smile. She also saw a large line of girls fairy and ballerina bedding sets. Even though she like princess bedding better, the girls ballerina bedding ones were really nice. I like the purple and pink colors. In the end, we went with princess bedding with matching kids room signs and a nice oval shaped kids area rug. I hope she enjoys her new room.
