Many couples opt to give a personalized wedding favor to their guests because they are a good idea and will often include the names of the couple as well as the wedding date. Even if the favors are already manufactured, they may still need to go through an additional process to personalize the item which will likely take at least a few days for the order to be processed and the manufacturer may have a number of other orders ahead of yours awaiting personalization. When this happens you can have your wedding favors delivered within a few days to what could be many weeks so you have to ask yourself if is worth the worry of not knowing if they will be delivered on time.
Some companies are able to complete rush order much quicker but this will almost certainly incur a heft surcharge which may make the wedding favors financially prohibitive. Remember when you are discussing what to put on your personalized wedding gift, each word will cost and you are free to say what you like but you will need to put the name of the bride, groom, the date and possibly the location. Some of the favorite items that are personalized range from candles, to picture or photo frames and even candy wrappers although it is not always necessary to place the names of the couple on the favor as there are other ways for them to be personalized.
If you use your imagination almost anything can be personalized but printing your photo on a cookie is quite an effective personalized wedding favor. Bakeries can produce these cookies based on a photo you submit to them although they may require you to submit the photo electronically or work from a scan you have created.
There is no reason once the wedding cake picture is printed on the cookie that the couple’s name and wedding information can’t also be placed on it as well. If you want to give something edible that is going to last as well then why not have the printing done on the wrapper or ribbon instead as they can at least eat the wedding favor but will still have a reminder to keep. These types of ribbons can be purchased either precut or in one continuous ribbon which does create more work but the precut ribbons are likely to be more expensive although they can save the person doing the wrapping a great deal of time.
